Entry Deadline July 29th, 2013

All entries received after July 29th are subject to
A $50 (per person) late fee.

Payment Deadline 
All payments must be paid in full prior to the event.

Accepted forms of payment include
Cashier’s Check, Studio Check, Money Order
All major Credit Cards accepted
Absolutely NO personal checks ever and
NO Studio checks will be accepted at the event
A 4% service fee will be charged to all
Credit Card payments made after August 15th

Admission Ticket Deadline

As long as tickets are available, you can purchase them, however
We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available at the door so
Please purchase early.
All admission tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold tickets for later payment
All admission ticket sales are final.
In order to sit together with your party,
you must order tickets at the same time

Hotel Special Room Rate Deadline August 10th, 2013

The 2013 Hyatt hotel room rate is $153 per night
This includes the 16.40% Occupancy Tax.
You still may be ale to get a room after August 10th, however, Our special rate is not guaranteed after August 10th
