There are various forms on the site such as an information request, student and teacher application and professional applications. This information is provided to The Windy City Open. com to support the processing of your ticket/entry requests.

We also collect the information required to process entry and ticket orders on the site. This information is kept internally and only name, address and telephone number is provided externally to the delivery services we use.

What do we do with the information we collect?

The Windy City Open. com uses information collected from this website for internal use only, but may from time to time share some information with parties deemed necessary to completing or fulfilling an order or request for information. Information collected on this site is not sold or transferred to any person or party that is not directly involved in normal business operations.

Email Policy

TheWindyCity Open.com may use your email address to communicate with you about entry orders you have placed, or inquiries you have made about tickets, accommodations or events held. In addition, we may send you email communications for customer satisfaction purposes or to inform you of special offers we believe will be of interest to you based on your profile. These emails will contain an unsubscribe link, which will enable you to opt out of receiving future mailings at any time, should you choose to do so.

We will never sell your contact information.

Admission Ticket Sales via phone call or on-line available now.

Windy City Open - Receipt of ticket policy

Tickets may be purchased in three ways:

• In person at Kasper Dance Studio (office hours to be announced via this web site)
• On-line through the Windy City Open website
• Or by speaking to a Windy City Open representative
  (contact 312-409-3995, leave a message - all calls returned within 48 hours)

Payment for tickets may be made by:

• Making arrangements with a Windy City Open representative to send a check, money order or process with a credit card
• On-line via our secure credit card process
• In person with cash, check, money order or credit card
  

Tickets will NOT be mailed or shipped. Customers will be provided with a receipt for all transactions and can use this receipt to pick up tickets at WILL CALL at the event; Or, tickets may be picked up in person at Kasper Dance Studio during scheduled times (office hours to be announced via this web site - ticket sales at the Kasper Dance Studio begin the week of June 19th)

All admission ticket sales are final. Tickets are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the organizers. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund within 30 days after the event. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the event. No substitutions of entries will be allowed. Absolutely no refunds will be given at the event. There are no refunds or exchanges on general admission tickets.
